We try to ship your order quickly. Custom orders, occasionally, take between 7-21 days. Pre-orders, exclusive pieces, limited drops, and other one-off collections have varying times. We’ll let you know. Please report issues with your order within the deadlines:
- Damaged: Within 15 days of delivery
- Defective: Within 15 days of delivery
- Wrong items: Within 10 days of delivery
International shipping only covers the cost of transportation. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by customs in the destination country. We keep charges minimal. Duties are determined by the destination country. International taxes are set by the destination country.
We reserve the right to reject orders/returns due to excessive returns, fraudulent activity, or irregular history. Returned-to-sender or refused packages will be restocked and store credit issued. We accept returns within 21 days of delivery. Returned items must be new, unworn, and unwashed. We offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds. We charge $8 for return shipping labels, waived for exchanges or store credit. Exchange requests are subject to availability. Sales items are final and eligible only for store credit.
